Cancellation Policy
We request that you give us a 24-hour advance notification for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Because we have scheduled time just for you, this gives us the opportunity to schedule another client during that appointment time. As is customary, failure to provide notice within the specified time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding.
Lateness Policy
Please arrive early for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, depending upon the circumstances, we may have to shorten your appointment time in order to stay on schedule for our other clients. The normal fee for your scheduled appointment time will remain the same. Please call us to let us know if you are running late.
